Situation: The owner of a landmark site was looking to market the property as a “build-to-suit” flagship location. We needed to market the excitement of the location and the potential of the site for a prospective tenant.

Solution: We worked with the Times Square BID to get relevant stats and information that would guide marketing message. A meticulous photo shoot captured the dense retail foot traffic and vibrant streetscapes of world-class retailers. The brochure was tailored to focus on the retail potential and attractions since only a conceptual building rendering was available.
